Terms & Condition(s)
- Any cancellations or changing of event dates has to be informed two months prior to the actual date
- There will be no refund for the 1st deposit payment made upon confirmation of event dates
- There will be no refund for the 2nd deposit payment in any event of any cancellation before the final payment
- At least 80% of payment has to be made 1 month before the actual event date
- Any additional items (extra guest table, full drapes, engagement platform, in-house dias, etc.) has to be arranged during the finalization of the design (1 month before actual event date) and payment for the additional item(s) has to be made together with the 2nd deposit
- There will be no refund for the additional items once payment is made
- There will be no changes of design and colours once the 2nd deposit is made
- Additional charge of $100 will be imposed if our team has to come down to make changes to finalized decor
- Q'yra Design will give a grace period of 1 year in the event of any cancellation after the 2nd deposit is made for another confirmation of any event
- Q'yra Design reserves the right to cancel the set-up of the event on its own discretion if prompt payment is not made
- Q'yra Design is not liable for any loss, theft, or fire after the handover of items
- Any loss, damage or stolen items will be borned by the couple
- Couples are obliged to all the terms & conditions provided and any layout and design complication has to be resolved during the handover of items
- Deposits will be at 20% for booking of dates
